Earl Grey Fizz
Ingredients:
SIMPLE SYRUP:
2tsp or 2 teabag Earl Grey
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Champagne/Prosecco/Cava or Sparkling water
Directions:
Combine tea, sugar and water in a small pot. Bring to a boil until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Once cooled, remove/strain tea.
Pour 2 tsp simple syrup into a champagne glass, top with your favourite fizz and garnish with berries.
