Fifth International Scientific Symposium on Tea & Human Health

The Fifth International Scientific Symposium on Tea & Human Health was a plenary session on new and emerging science regarding the effects of tea in promoting health and reducing the risk of chronic disease, with a discussion of the underlying mechanisms of action by tea polyphenols.
