Established in 1954, as the Canadian Tea Council with the countries of Sri Lanka and India, carried the role of promoting tea consumption to Canadians.

Today, as the Tea Association of Canada, we are a not-for-profit association representing the entire tea industry in Canada from the bush to the cup.

Our mission is to provide proactive leadership on behalf of all members in the areas of advocacy, generic promotion and education/information to ensure the long-term viability of the tea industry.

Our vision is to be recognized as the leading authority and industry voice on tea in Canada among all stakeholders.
